I believe the partisan flavor of the article is not particularly relevant and creates a distraction. That being said, I am glad someone is proposing solutions to problems in SC government that are continuous swept under the table or kicked down the road.
The State Newspaper poses some interesting ideas which I hope our state Representatives and Senators will think about as they enter a new session in January.
