When several years ago a couple of us joined together to create a program to help place exiting marines and sailors in better paying jobs in Beaufort and elsewhere, we knew had a treasure. As the shortage of drug free, ready to earn and learn, focused and disciplined workers in SC is waning, we have the answer in Beaufort. It is called TWEAC and it works with companies looking for reliable employees and matches them with jobs.
