25 Jul More on new and better jobs for Beaufort

Last week, when in Charleston for the Annual Conference of the Municipal Association (where I was re-elected to the Board of Directors), I took time to visit Charleston's very exciting and successful "Digital Corridor" to meet with the founder and review proposed plans for the "Beaufort Digital Corridor" which will be modeled after Charleston and mentored by its creators. This is a very exciting venture that will create better job opportunities for those who grow up here and those who come to live in our special little city. Kudos to Council members...
