Group Meditation, Saturday Matinee, and New Knitting Club at the Hilton Head Branch Library
Event Name: Meditation Mondays
Short Description of the Event: Meditation is a great way to promote wellbeing by grounding oneself to feel more focused in today’s fast-paced world. And group meditation is a great way to get support and develop a routine for a brand new, spotty, or long-time practice. The group will start with a brief introduction before sitting in meditation for 20-30 minutes. Soft chairs are available; to sit cross-legged, please bring a cushion. Any- and everyone is welcome.

Event Name: A Tale of Two Needles
Short Description of the Event: Join the new Hilton Head knitting group to share, learn, and make both friends and projects! Bring your current project or come look through our knitting books at either of our meeting times. The group meets twice a month, once in the evening and once in the morning, to accommodate everyone’s schedule: the 2nd Thursday at 6pm and the 4th Tuesday at 10am.
