28 Mar H Dock Replacement at City Downtown Marina
Hurricane Matthew destroyed the “H Dock” at the Downtown Marina. The dock is being replaced now.
This is the weekly update on the H-Dock demolition & replacement project.
Very similar in design to what is being taken out and replaced, the new H Dock will feature complete water and electrical service along with a redesigned gangway and fingers.
OQuinn Marine Construction (OMC) was selected to construct the H-Dock and Dave McSweeney was chosen as the Engineering Consultant.
This project remains on track for an on-time & budget for delivery no later than the first week in May.
This project supports goals 1 &3 found in the City’s Strategic Plan 2017-2019.
The next project update will be sent out on March 24th.
