Dear Mayor Billy:
Friday afternoon I was at New Point with a friend and we came upon a white King Pigeon on the sidewalk. Believing it would not be long to survive on its own there, I brought it home with me. My friend has been making an effort to locate its owner but so far no luck. I was hoping you could put something in your weekly letter?
