Reading the Post and Courier, I found the following which is likely the most complete information I have found in one place about the Port of Port Royal. Granted, I have not gone to their council meetings or asked for briefings, but even with the little I know anecdotally, I think this helps though I am sure it will change as developers and town officials try to make it fit.
