US Marine Corps Colonel Matthew St. Clair joined the Rotary Club of Beaufort in a ceremony at the Club’s September 20th meeting. He is joined (left to right) by his mother, Jocylin St. Clair, his wife Melissa, and Beaufort Rotary Club President Suzi Oliver. Colonel St. Clair has been the Chief of Staff for the Marine Corps Recruit Depot and Eastern Recruiting Region at Parris Island since turning over command of the Recruit Training Regiment in July. He and his wife Melissa will remain in Beaufort following his retirement from the Marine Corps in 2018.
