Joe Lee is a good man who, while on Town Council, brought many from his community together through his weekly coffee meetings. Along with his fellow Town Council members, he was a strong collaborator with the City of Beaufort. Councilman Lee served us all well on the Boards of the Lowcountry Council of Governments and the SC Municipal Association. Thank you for your service. BK
