14 Mar New Group to Fight Seismic Testing and Drilling in the Atlantic
On Monday I met with Frank Knapp, the President and CEO of the SC Small Business Chamber of Commerce who has worked with us in the fight to prevent offshore exploration of oil and gas and who facilitated our rising sea level task force.
Frank is traveling the coast seeking businesses to join an organization called “Business Alliance for Protecting the Atlantic Coast” (BAPAC) to continue to oppose off shore testing and drilling in the Atlantic.

I have not been in touch with a large number of the coastal mayors with whom we worked, as I am waiting to see what the administration says about testing and drilling off our coast. To date they have been quiet. No tweets or statements. Hopefully it will stay that way.
