13 Jun NOTICE: Approaching the Finish Line!
City Council has a very busy month ahead of us: We must complete our budget by the end of June; we are working towards passage of the new Beaufort Code after years of engagement; and we are coming closer to adopting revisions to our Short Term Rental Ordinance.
Based on what I have heard through emails, street conversations and telephone calls, many have very strong opinions about one of more of these items. I would suggest you review documents about issues in which you have an interest and let us know during council meetings and or by writing to council members.
Please do not miss the opportunity to be heard.

Short Term Rentals
Task Force Report:
At two subsequent work sessions and based on recommendations from the Beaufort Port Royal Metropolitan Planning Commission, council will consider modifications to the report at the work session this evening.
