At least once a week, weather permitting, I tour the city on my Vespa. This gives me the ability to take a closer look at sidewalks, drainage ditches, the conditions of houses and yards. But most importantly, it is a very convenient way to visit with people on the street or working in their yards. Touring our beautiful city by Vespa - a favorite past time of your mayor!
