Beaufort City Council worked hard to establish a simple to understand and easy to regulate policy on food trucks doing business in the city. So far so good, through there are many restrictions within the policy to be mindful of existing businesses and public safety.
We welcome the entrepreneurs who we believe will bring business and vitality to the areas where and when they are permitted to operate.
The first truck signed up for a license and others are likely to follow.
